Dear Polarity Center Community members,
As the Holy seasons arrive this time of year, I wondered what the religious/spiritual founders of long ago would sense about how the world has of late, reflected their teachings. There seemsto be a new definition of ‘how bad can it get’ feeling every other week!! And then there are these special reports of people helping each other, unsolicited by organizations, surviving the harsh aspects of their lives.
I feel so fortunate to have learned ways to help balance fears, feelings of overwhelm, sadness and loneliness. My upbringing has taught me some ways of believing and praying, but Polarity has given me a framework and techniques to help others and myself to help balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What can we do as a community to help each other and the world to ride the difficult changes and still be grounded in the Divine, however that is believed and practiced?
Pulling in the resources of our wonderful Earth when we hold presence in polarity sessions, remembering to consider a neutral point of view when looking at conflicting choices, finding peace in our bodies when we do yoga, are some ways to return to our inner peaceful resourceful source.
Another way to help bring balance and inspiration is, during our gatherings, to include meditation each day of a conference, workshop or class. Cultivating inner peace is truly the pathway to world peace. Our work is profoundly needed more and more. Our work profoundly contributes to peace in the world. Working and meditating together empowers our intention
of growing love, light and healing to everyone, and everything, everywhere. I am grateful for our sacred community.
With Great Love,
